Berube Up To Albany

Rookie forward J.S. Berube was called up to AHL Albany early Friday.  The 20-year-old has, for the most part, been a bright spot for the Trenton Devils this season.

In 33 games, Berube has accumulated 22 points.  He’s scored 10 goals, added 12 assists and posted a minus-2 rating while tallying 55 penalty minutes.

Berube has played in seven games with Albany, and has yet to register his first AHL point.  He has collected four penalty minutes in his brief AHL stints.

Good for JS, if nothing else he can enjoy the warmer weather and playing in front of a good number of people. Not a bad deal.

Looks like they needed someone to serve the hotdogs up in Albany – as he isn’t in the line up.

Good to hear Dan is back int he lineup tonight.

Probably saved $20 by putting him on a bus to Charlotte that stopped in SF on the way down.

Dan D’Uva needs to stop bigging up Charleston – we’re glad he’s back and would like to keep it that way. We don’t want to lose him to Albany too!!! 🙂
