Welcome to the hidden, ridiculous link theater version of Inside The Trenton Devils.
Trenton travels to Reading tonight, where the Royals will be without Olivier Labelle and Chris Blight, both of whom have been loaned to AHL Bridgeport.
Then tomorrow night, The Sun National Bank Center plays host to the Elmira Jackals at 7 PM. Zane Kalemba could make his first professional appearance in New Jersey after a stellar four-year collegiate career with Princeton, as he was just returned to the Jackals from AHL Binghamton today.
Tomorrow’s home game will be the last I miss for a while. I’m covering the Rangers-Avalanche game tonight (was running around during both skates racking up some pretty solid interviews for ECHL.com) but will be back on T-Devils duty for the foreseeable future, with the majority of that being with The Trentonian, who have seen fit to allow me to cover the majority of the team’s games through the end of the calendar year despite ridiculous run-on sentences like this one.
Also, be sure to prepare yourselves for more of my self-serving announcements at which NHL rink I’ll be at next. I can’t say enough about how many teams have gone out of their way to accomodate me for this ECHL.com series. I’m very fortunate to say that it looks like I’ll be able to cover a good amount of games at the highest level this year in a variety of amazing, amazing places.
