46 Saves From Caruso, 4 Points From Charleston Lead T-Devils To 7-5 Win

Here’s the link to the box score.  Haven’t seen anything as far as a release goes, so I’ll recap this one myself as best I can…

This was another back and forth game.  Not a lot of defense played again, it seems.  Trenton scored three goals in the first three minutes of the game, including Carter Lee’s first.  Elmira, of course, came right back with three of their own, and the teams opened the second stanza tied at two.

Trenton scored the next three goals of the game, including what would be the eventual game winner by Brett Wilson.

Elmira cut the lead to one, but Jack Combs scored the T-Devils seventh goal of the game with a little less than two minutes remaining to seal the win.

Matt Vokes had three assists in the win, while Dan Charleston tallied two goals and two assists.

Trenton returns to action on Friday, playing the soon-to-be leaving Johnstown.  They play the Chiefs again on Saturday, and return home on Sunday afternoon to host the Wheeling Nailers.

Good to see the Boys do well. I was in Hershey for Lowell and while we lost, MATTY COHEN got his FIRST AHL goal and played very well..(so did Frazee, Eric not so much until his last sshift which was great).
